I started out in property management back in 2008 and joined Jorgensen Turner in 2014. Since then, I’ve been looking after a wide range of properties across North West and West London. Property management is never dull, whether it’s keeping up with new legislation, overseeing a refurbishment, or tackling a stubborn mouse problem, I’m used to wearing many hats (often before lunchtime).

Over the years, I’ve seen the lettings industry change dramatically. With more people renting than ever, expectations have risen, and effective property management has become a key part of the tenant experience. My focus is simple: deliver the best service possible and make sure our clients feel confident their properties are in safe hands.

Away from work, I love going to the cinema and getting out on my bike. And when I’m at home, I spend more time than I’d like wondering when my cats will decide to come back.
