Here the mood is calm and green, with tree-lined walks, ponds and lawns at the centre. Cafés, local restaurants and cookery schools add community flavour. With the Thames close by and the park as its heart, Ravenscourt Park feels like a pocket of nature framed by city life.
We think of Ravenscourt Park as our local retreat. Mornings mean coffee at the W6 Garden Centre, afternoons might be tennis in the park, and evenings a meal at Monkey Temple. At weekends we’ve even taken a masterclass at Leiths, learning cooking skills to try back home. It’s peaceful but never dull.
