Market appraisal and property valuation
A successful sales starts with getting the valuation right. It’s about crunching numbers, and tuning into your plans, your timeline, and what’s really happening in your local market.
We combine sharp local insight with solid data, and we take the time to understand your story. Whether it’s your goals, concerns, or reasons for selling, it all helps us guide you towards the best price for the current market.
The best way to get a clear, realistic view of your property’s value is to have one of our experienced consultants take a look.
Our valuations are entirely free and with no obligation.

FAQs
How do I get my home valued?
Just reach out to us in your preferred way, whether that’s through the contact form, giving us a call or popping into our Shepherds Bush or Queens Park offices. We’ll arrange a free, no-pressure valuation with one of our local consultants. It’s a great first step, and there’s no obligation.
What are your fees?
Our fee is linked to the value of your property. Because it’s usually charged as a percentage of the final sale price, the amount you pay will reflect how much your home sells for.
Fees also vary depending on how many agents you choose to get involved in the sale: Working with us as a sole agent keeps costs lower, while involving multiple agents can increase fees.
We’ll always be upfront about costs from the start, so you know exactly what to expect.

What’s the difference between exchange and completion in the sales process?
In short, exchange is the promise whilst completion is the payoff.
Exchange is the moment when you and the buyer commit: Contracts are signed, the deal is locked in, and no one can back out without serious consequences. Completion is when the money lands on your account, the keys change hands, and your buyers becomes the official owner of the property.
